Secs. 400 - 450 of this chapter set out the minimum subdivision development standards that are applicable to state land subdivided by the division. However, if the land is within a municipality whose subdivision ordinances are stricter than the provisions of secs. 400 - 450 of this chapter, the subdivision must be done in accordance with those stricter ordinances, except any ordinance relating to construction of access roads or capital improvements.
