(a) The provisions of this chapter apply to royalty, rental, and bonus payments in connection with all state oil and gas leases.
(b) This chapter does not apply to the accounting, reporting, and payment of the state's net profit share interest in connection with net profit share leases under 11 AAC 83.201 - 11 AAC 83.295.
