(a) Within 90 days after receiving from the attorney general a written disapproval of a negotiation request or proposed contract, an authorized third party may re-submit the request or proposed contract for approval along with a report
(1) documenting the specific remedial measures that have been taken; and
(2) demonstrating how those remedial measures will address the concerns of the attorney general.
(b) Within 30 days after receiving a re-submission under (a) of this section, the attorney general will review the revised submission and either approve or disapprove it after considering the requirements of AS 23.50 and this chapter.
