The board, in its annual report to the department, will account for the following financial data:
(1) total program revenue;
(2) total program expenditures, including the amount spent on
(A) administrative costs, by budget line item; and
(B) training and other services, by program element;
(3) the balance in the employment assistance and training program account established by AS 23.15.625 ;
(4) expenditures for each participant who exists the program within the period covered by the report.
