A training entity shall provide the board with program statistics within 30 days after receipt of a written request for that information, or as otherwise required in the grant or contract. The board will provide to the department program data for
(1) persons who are unemployed and receiving unemployment insurance benefits;
(2) persons who are unemployed and who have exhausted the right to unemployment insurance benefits within the past three years;
(3) persons who are employed but liable to be displaced within six months because of a reduction in overall employment within a business;
(4) persons who are employed but liable to be displaced within six months because of elimination of the worker's current job;
(5) persons who are employed but liable to be displaced within six months because of a change in conditions of employment requiring the employee to learn substantially different skills that the employee does not now possess;
(6) persons who have worked in covered employment (AS 23.20) at any time during the last three years and are not currently eligible for unemployment insurance benefits because employment has been seasonal, temporary, part-time, or marginal;
(7) persons who have worked in covered employment (AS 23.20) at any time during the last three years and are not currently eligible for unemployment insurance benefits because qualifying wages are insufficient because of limited job opportunity;
(8) persons who have worked in covered employment (AS 23.20) at any time during the last three years and are not currently eligible for unemployment insurance benefits because they are underemployed and need employment assistance and training to obtain full employment.
