The department will publish a notice, not later than June 1 of each year, listing the names of employers and employees who, according to the department's records, are owed unclaimed excess contributions. The notice will be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the state. The department will not publish a notice of unclaimed excess contributions that are less than $50 or have been included in a previous public notice.
