Section 30. Definitions

8 AAC 20.030. Definitions

In this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise

(1) "return transportation" means all transportation costs to return the employee only to the original place of hire;

(2) "subsistence" means board and lodging furnished at the employer's facilities if board and lodging facilities are normally furnished by the employer, or, when the employer's facilities are not used, $100 per day for living expenses.
