(a) An assisted living home may not advertise that it is a "nursing home" or that it provides "nursing care," unless it holds a license under AS 18.20.020 - 18.20.130.
(b) A home may advertise that it provides housing, food service, personal assistance, assistance with the activities of daily living, or health-related services, as described in AS 47.33.010 and 47.33.020, including intermittent nursing care or short-term skilled nursing care.
