Section 530. Subsequent placement

7 AAC 56.530. Subsequent placement

For non-emergency subsequent placements

(1) a level II child placing worker shall approve a planned move before a child is moved from one placement to another; and

(2) the agency shall arrange for at least one preplacement visit in the residential child care facility or foster home before moving a child over six months of age.
