7 AAC 55.680. Website information related to pregnancy and pregnancy alternatives

(a) The department maintains an Internet website as required by AS 18.05.032 that provides information relating to pregnancy and pregnancy alternatives, including reproductive options and potential consequences to assist women in making informed reproductive choices. The website is in printable format and contains the information required by AS 18.05.032 .

(b) The department will review and update, as necessary, the website described in (a) of this section at least annually to ensure that the current and accurate information is available on the website.

(c) The most current information prepared under this section is contained on the Internet website titled Making a decision about your pregnancy, dated July 14, 2005, and is adopted by reference.
