Section 650. Eligible services

7 AAC 55.650. Eligible services

(a) The department will purchase or provide the following services for pregnant women:

(1) transportation to and from a maternity home or a foster home;

(2) counseling;

(3) adoption assistance;

(4) maternity care;

(5) foster care;

(6) education in parenting skills; and

(7) other services that are ancillary to any of the services listed in this subsection.

(b) The department will designate the successful applicants from whom a pregnant woman may receive services.
