7 AAC 52.350. Facility security responsibility

(a) Each facility shall provide supervision consistent with the needs of the individual resident, the general population of the facility, and the community at large.

(b) Security is the responsibility of every facility staff member, regardless of job description or classification. All staff members, including those off duty, may be required to report to duty at any time of day and may be assigned to supervision duty in any type of emergency situation.
