(a) People may tour a facility if advance approval of the superintendent is obtained.
(b) People touring a facility may enter only the areas the superintendent designates, and are subject to exclusion for failure to follow the instructions of the staff members conducting the tour.
(c) People touring a facility may not possess or use any cameras, tape recorders, or other sound or visual recorders without the prior approval of the superintendent, who may approve such possession or use only if it poses no threat to the security of the institution or privacy of individual residents.
