7 AAC 52.105. Food service

(a) All facilities shall serve residents nutritious, well-balanced, varied, and appetizing meals. Meals must be of sufficient quantity to maintain good health. Special diets may be established by the physician or as required by a resident's religious beliefs.

(b) Rules for conduct of residents during meal times must be designed to create a normal and pleasant atmosphere, insofar as they do not interfere with maintaining the security of the facility.
