(a) Claims for payment must be filed with the fiscal intermediary on contract with the division within 12 months of the date of service to be considered for payment.
(b) Except as provided in (c) of this section, payment will be made in the amount determined under the provisions of 7 AAC 43.
(c) Repealed 9/20/2003.
(d) Payment provided by the department represents full and total reimbursement for those covered services authorized under the CAMA program. By accepting reimbursement from the department, the provider of services covered by the CAMA program agrees not to charge the recipient for any difference between the amount billed and the amount received in payment from the department, except charges for which the recipient is responsible under 7 AAC 48.570(a) .
