In 7 AAC 48.005 - 7 AAC 48.190
(1) "committee" means the Catastrophic Illness Committee, established under AS 47.08.020 ;
(2) "income" means the wages, salaries, tips, and other employee compensation, interest, income, dividends, state and federal income tax refunds, alimony, business income, capital gains, pensions, annuities, rents, royalties, farm income, and other income;
(3) "fiscal agent" means an organization under contract to process provider claims and authorization requests for the division;
(4) "gross annual income" means the gross income for the calendar year in which the applicant applies for catastrophic illness assistance.
