(a) An individual must report to the department certain changes in circumstances that could affect eligibility for assistance under 7 AAC 47.800 - 7 AAC 47.890. A report of change must be made within 10 days after the event occurs, and may be made by a responsible person acting on behalf of the individual.
(b) Changes that must be reported under (a) of this section include any
(1) change in mailing or residence address;
(2) death of an individual receiving assistance; and
(3) admission to or discharge from an institution or a facility specified in 7 AAC 47.822(a) .
