(a) Upon receiving information indicating a change in an individual's situation that could affect eligibility or the amount of assistance under 7 AAC 47.300 - 7 AAC 47.525, the department will investigate and, if necessary, adjust, suspend, or terminate the assistance.
(b) An individual who receives assistance under 7 AAC 47.300 - 7 AAC 47.525, or a responsible person acting on the individual's behalf, must annually complete a review application. As a result of this review procedure, the department may continue, adjust, suspend, or terminate the assistance.
(c) Upon taking action under either (a) or (b) of this section, the department will provide notice as required by 7 AAC 49.060.
