7 AAC 47.100. Limits of General Relief assistance

The amount of General Relief assistance paid to or on behalf of eligible applicants is based on the extent of the specified need and the availability of program funds, but does not exceed a total of $80 per person per month. Within this limitation, payments for food stamps may be allowed, subject to the provisions of the food stamp program.
