(a) All rights to child support that were assigned to the state as a condition of receiving AFDC benefits under former AS 47.25.301 - 47.25.420 and that were in effect on June 30, 1997 remain assigned to the state as a condition of receiving ATAP benefits or previously receiving AFDC benefits.
(b) A penalty or period of disqualification imposed upon an individual under former AS 47.25.310 - 47.25.420 (AFDC program), and in effect on June 30, 1997, remains in effect until the end of the specified period.
(c) Notwithstanding 7 AAC 49.010 and except for administrative disqualification hearings for intentional program violations conducted under 7 AAC 45.585, hearings concerning denials, terminations, limitations, or modifications of ATAP benefits shall be conducted under 7 AAC 49.010 - 49.900.
