(12) "midlevel practitioner" means a physician assistant licensed under AS 08.64.107 , an advanced nurse practitioner licensed under AS 08.68.100 , including a nurse midwife, a clinical psychologist licensed under AS 08.86.130 , or a clinical social worker licensed under AS 08.95.110 ;
(13) repealed 7/11/2002;
(14) "rural" means an area that is not a Metropolitan Statistical Area as determined by the United States Office of Management and Budget in the executive branch;
(15) "urban" means a Metropolitan Statistical Area as determined by the United States Office of Management and Budget in the executive branch.
