(a) All health facilities seeking payment from the Department of Health and Social Services for services provided to Medicaid recipients in the State of Alaska are subject to the provisions of 7 AAC 43.670 - 7 AAC 43.709.
(b) To receive a change in a prospective payment rate, a health facility must obtain the department's approval in accordance with the procedures set out in 7 AAC 43.670 - 7 AAC 43.709.
