In 7 AAC 43.300 - 7 AAC 43.325,
(1) repealed 5/15/2004;
(2) "facility" means an institution, or a distinct part of one, that is primarily for the diagnosis, treatment, habilitation, or rehabilitation of the mentally retarded or persons with related conditions that has met the conditions for payment set out in 7 AAC 43.300;
(3) "primarily" means that more than one-half of the total residents in the facility have been diagnosed as mentally retarded or as persons with related conditions;
(4) repealed 5/15/2004.
