(a) A provider of medical services or supplies shall comply with the conditions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Nondiscrimination in Federally-Assisted Programs) during the period of time in which services or supplies are provided.
(b) Billing the division for medicaid services or supplies is considered evidence that the provider is complying with the Civil Rights Act.
(c) Failure to comply with the provisions of this section may result in a determination by the division that the provider is not qualified to participate in the division's medical assistance program.
