(a) When an application for assistance under this chapter is approved, the division will determine the amount of any retroactive assistance payable to the applicant under 7 AAC 40.380. In calculating retroactive assistance, the division will consider as income any SSI or other Social Security benefits and any interim assistance under 7 AAC 40.375 received or expected to be received for a retroactive month.
(b) Except for interim assistance provided under 7 AAC 40.375, the division will not provide assistance under this chapter before the date determined under 7 AAC 40.380.
(c) Repealed 6/27/2004.
