An applicant whose application is not acted upon within 30 days after receipt by the division, whose application is denied in whole or part, or whose assistance is reduced or discontinued, will upon presentation of an oral or written request be granted a hearing before a representative of the division. The hearing will be conducted under the procedures set out in 7 AAC 49.
