7 AAC 29.030. Adoption of standards by reference

The standards contained in Standards for Behavioral Health Care, (SBHC), 2004-2005 edition, published by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, are adopted by reference as the standards for management and treatment in the private and public treatment facilities or programs subject to this chapter.
