In 7 AAC 25.430 - 7 AAC 25.460
(1) "compressed oxygen" means elementary gaseous oxygen (O 2 ) that is free of all other substances;
(2) "department" means the Department of Health and Social Services;
(3) "registration" means notification in writing to the department's division of public health regarding intent to engage in sale of compressed oxygen;
(4) "sale" means the transfer of ownership for consideration and includes the actual transmittal of money or coupons, or the supplying of compressed gases in conjunction with the sale of another product, service or membership as a bonus.
