7 AAC 13.020. Application procedures

(a) Applicants for financial assistance under AS 18.25.070 - 18.25.110 must apply on forms provided by the division.

(b) The division will, in its discretion, assist an applicant in preparing the application and in complying with the requirements of this chapter.
