(a) An ambulatory surgical facility must provide surgical services and anesthesia services. These services must comply with the standards in 7 AAC 12.120 and 7 AAC 12.130 for surgical and anesthesia services in general acute care hospitals. The medical staff shall comply with the requirements of 7 AAC 12.110(c) .
(b) An ambulatory surgical facility must provide laboratory, laundry, medical record, and radiological services.
