7 AAC 09.020. Qualification for license

A person or government unit required by 7 AAC 09.010 to obtain a construction license for construction of a health facility may obtain a construction license if the person or government unit meets the requirements of this chapter, submits a complete construction license application, and demonstrates that the person or government unit has obtained a certificate of need for the health facility if required by AS 18.07.031 .
