Section 915. Burden of proof

7 AAC 05.915. Burden of proof

Any required proof or evidence needed to substantiate corrections or amendments shall be the responsibility of the person concerned, and the burden of proof shall rest with such person. Any required fees or service charges shall be paid to the bureau before such changes are made, or before a copy of the corrected or amended record may be issued.
