7 AAC 05.770. Permitted disclosure

After the establishment of a new certificate of birth in accordance with these provisions, such new certificate shall be the official certificate of birth of the person concerned. A verification or certified copy of part or all of such new certificate may be made by the bureau and by any local custodian of a copy of such new certificate, subject to the provisions on disclosure of records; and when properly issued and certified, shall be prima facie evidence of the date and place of birth of the person therein named.
