The recording magistrate shall issue certified copies, partial copies, verifications, or other information from any individual vital statistics record only in accordance with the Vital Statistics Act and regulations and instructions issued thereunder. The fees to be charged by the recording magistrate for such copies are set by the Alaska Court System.
