7 AAC 05.090. Duties of registrars

All local registrars of vital statistics, whether magistrates or other appointees, shall have duties and responsibilities for the collection of vital statistics records, the enforcement of related provisions, and the processing and transmittal of such records, as designated by the Vital Statistics Act, related laws, regulations, and instructions.
