Beginning at the mouth of Walakpa Bay; then southeasterly along the northern shoreline of Walakpa Bay to the mouth of an unnamed river; then northeasterly along the thread of the unnamed river to its intersection with Winter Trail; then northerly along the centerline of Winter Trail to the southeast corner of the City of Barrow boundary; then north along the City of Barrow boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of an unnamed river east of the City of Barrow boundary; then northerly along the thread of the unnamed river to the eastern shore of Isatkokak Lagoon; then northwesterly along the northern shoreline of Isatkokak Lagoon to the eastern shore of Tasigarook Lagoon; then northwesterly along the northern shoreline of Tasigarook Lagoon to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the North Slope Borough boundary west of Tasigarook Lagoon; then southwesterly along the North Slope Borough boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the mouth of Walakpa Bay to the point of beginning.
