Beginning at the mouth of Staines River; then southwesterly along the thread of Staines River to its intersection with Canning River; then southerly along the thread of the Canning River to its intersection with Marsh Fork Canning River; then southwesterly along the thread of Marsh Fork Canning River to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending due east of the headwaters of Marsh Fork Canning River; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line due west of the headwaters of Wind River extending to Middle Fork Chandalar River; then southeasterly along the thread of Middle Fork Chandalar River to its intersection with the North Slope Borough boundary; then due west along the North Slope Borough boundary to its intersection with April Creek; then northerly along the thread of April Creek to its intersection with Killik River; then northeasterly and northwesterly along the thread of Killik River to its intersection with Colville River; then northeasterly along the thread of Colville River to its intersection with Anaktuvuk River; then southeasterly along the thread of Anaktuvuk River to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Kuparuk River; then northeasterly along the thread of Kuparuk River to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Sagavanirktok River; then southeasterly along the thread of Sagavanirktok River to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Sagavanirktok River Main Channel; then northeasterly along the thread of Sagavanirktok River Main Channel to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Kadleroshilik River; then northeasterly along the thread of Kadleroshilik River to its mouth; then easterly along the southern shoreline of Foggy Island Bay to the western shore of Mikkelson Bay; then easterly along the southern shoreline of Mikkelson Bay to the southern shore of the Beaufort Sea; then easterly along the southern shoreline of the Beaufort Sea to the mouth of Staines River, the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundary of the City of Anaktuvuk Pass and the area within the community of Oliktok.
