Beginning at the intersection of Little St. Michael Canal and the City of Stebbins boundary; then east and north along the City of Stebbins boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Bering Strait School District boundary, including Stewart Island; then northwesterly, northeasterly, and southeasterly along the Bering Strait School District boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the southeast corner of the City of Stebbins boundary; then north and west along the City of Stebbins boundary to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Stebbins.
