Beginning at the mouth of Inglutalik River; then northeasterly along the thread of Inglutalik River to its intersection with the Bering Strait School District boundary; then southwesterly along the Bering Strait School District boundary to its intersection with Shaktoolik River; then southwesterly along the thread of Shaktoolik River to its intersection with Winter Trail; then southerly along the centerline of Winter Trail to its intersection with Tagoomenik River; then southeasterly along the thread of Tagoomenik River to its headwaters; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Junction Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Junction Creek to its mouth; then westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Bering Strait School District boundary; then northwesterly along the Bering Strait School District boundary, including Besboro Island, to its intersection with the median of Norton Bay; then northeasterly along the median of Norton Bay to the mouth of Inglutalik River, the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Shaktoolik and the community of Ungalik.
