Beginning at the mouth of Ynveeghik River; then southeasterly along the thread of Ynveeghik River to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Kaklongegek Creek; the southeasterly along the thread of Kaklongegek Creek to the western shore of Koozata Lagoon; then southwesterly along the northern shoreline of Koozata Lagoon to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Bering Strait School District boundary, north of Powooiliak Bay; then southwesterly, northerly, and southeasterly to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to St. Lawrence Island and the mouth of Ynveeghik River, the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Savoonga.
