Beginning at the intersection of Kokechik River and Kwecharak River; then southwesterly along the thread of Kwecharak River to its intersection with Komoiarak Slough; then southwesterly along the thread of Komoiarak Slough to its headwaters; then due west along a non-visible point-to-point line to Winter Trail; then southwesterly along the centerline of Winter Trail to the northeast corner of the City of Hooper Bay boundary; then south along the City of Hooper Bay boundary to its intersection with the western shore of Hooper Bay; then southerly and westerly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the Lower Yukon School District boundary west of the southwest corner of the City of Hooper Bay boundary; then northerly along the Lower Yukon School District boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Kokechik Bay; then southeasterly along the median of Kokechik Bay to the mouth of Kokechik River; then northeasterly along the southern shoreline of Kokechik River to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Hooper Bay.
