Beginning at the intersection of Tubutulik River and Caribou Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Caribou Creek to its intersection with Winter Trail; then northwesterly along the centerline of Winter Trail to its intersection with Windy Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Windy Creek to its intersection with Telephone Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Telephone Creek to its intersection with Fish River; then southwesterly along the thread of Fish River to its intersection with Steamboat Slough; then easterly along the thread of Steamboat Slough to its headwaters; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Younglik River; then southerly along the thread of Younglik River to the northern shore of Golovin Lagoon; then southwesterly along the western shoreline of Golovin Lagoon to the western shore of Golovin Bay; then southwesterly along the western shoreline of Golovin Bay to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Bering Strait School District boundary; then southeasterly and northeasterly along the Bering Strait School District boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the mouth of Carson Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Carson Creek to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Kwiniuk River north of its headwaters; then northeasterly and southeasterly along the thread of the Kwiniuk River to its mouth; then northeasterly along the northern shoreline of Norton Bay to the mouth of Kwik River; then northwesterly along the thread of Kwik River to the mouth of Kelly Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Kelly Creek to its headwaters; then southwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Lost Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Lost Creek to its intersection with Tubutulik River; then northerly along the thread of the Tubutulik River to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Golovin.
