Beginning at the intersection of the Lower Kuskokwim School District boundary and Igniumanik Creek; then southwesterly along the thread of Igniumanik Creek to its intersection with the northern shore of Goodnews Lake; then southwesterly along the western shoreline of Goodnews Lake to the mouth of Goodnews River; then southwesterly along the thread of Goodnews River to the mouth of Native Creek; then northerly along the thread of Native Creek to its intersection with Barnum Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Barnum Creek to its intersection with Camp Creek; then westerly along the thread of Camp Creek to its headwaters; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the headwaters of North Fork Indian River; then westerly along the thread of North Fork Indian River to its intersection with Indian River; then westerly along the thread of Indian River to its intersection with the eastern shore of Carter Bay; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Lower Kuskokwim School District boundary; then southeasterly and northeasterly along the Lower Kuskokwim School District boundary to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Goodnews Bay and the area within the community of Platinum and the Cape Newenham Air Station.
