Beginning at the intersection of Lefthead River and Sapsuk River; then northwesterly along the thread of Sapsuk River to its intersection with the southern shore of a small lake; then northwesterly along the western shoreline of the small lake to its intersection with an unnamed river; then westerly along the thread of the unnamed river to its intersection with David River; then southwesterly along the thread of David River to its headwaters; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the western shore of Big Fish Lake; then northerly along the western shoreline of Big Fish Lake to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Aleutians East Borough boundary; then northeasterly along the Aleutians East Borough boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point west of the mouth of the Ocean River; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Lake and Peninsula School District boundary; then southerly along the Lake and Peninsula School District boundary to its intersection with the eastern shore of Kupreanof Peninsula; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line to the Aleutians East Borough boundary; then southwesterly along the Aleutians East Borough boundary; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northern shore of Unga Strait, including Kudobin, Sumagin, Unga, Popof, Andronica, Korovin, Guillemot, Karpa, and Seal Islands; then northeasterly along the western shoreline of Unga Strait to its intersection with the western shore of Balboa Bay; then northerly along the western shoreline of Balboa Bay to its intersection with Foot Trail; then northerly along the centerline of Foot Trail to its intersection with the southern shore of Herendeen Bay; then northwesterly along the southern shoreline of Herendeen Bay to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Lefthead River; then northwesterly along the thread of Lefthead River to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Sand Point and the area within the communities of Nelson Lagoon, Port Moller, and Squaw Harbor.
