Beginning in the median of Samalga Pass; then southwesterly to a non-visible point due west of Cape Wrangell on Attu Island, including the southern Aleutian Islands, beginning with Chuginadak Island to and including Attu Island; then northeasterly to the median of Samalga Pass, the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Adak and the City of Atka and the area within the communities of Amchitka and Attu and the Air Stations of Eareckson and Shemya.
