Beginning at the mouth of Lower Talarik Creek on the shore of Iliamna Lake; then northerly along the thread of Lower Talarik Creek to its headwaters; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Sharp Mountain; then northwest along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Koktuli River; then northwesterly along the thread of Koktuli River to its intersection with the Lake and Peninsula Borough boundary; then north, east, and southerly along the Lake and Peninsula Borough boundary to its intersection with the Lake Clark National Preserve boundary; then westerly along the Lake Clark National Preserve boundary to its intersection with the City of Nondalton boundary; then west along the City of Nondalton boundary to its intersection with Newhalen River; then southerly along the thread of Newhalen River to its intersection with the western edge of the City of Newhalen boundary; then south and east along the City of Newhalen boundary, excluding the City of Newhalen, to its intersection with the shoreline of Iliamna Lake; then southwesterly along the shoreline of Iliamna Lake back to the point of beginning, including all that area within the city limits of Nondalton.
