A portion of the Kodiak Island Borough described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the median of Kizhuyak Bay and the median of Marmot Bay; then easterly along the median of Marmot Bay to the Kodiak Island Borough boundary, but excluding Spruce, The Triplets and Wooded Islands; then northerly and westerly along the Kodiak Island Borough boundary to its intersection with the median of Shelikof Strait, including the Barren Islands; then southeasterly along the median of Shelikof Strait to the median of Viekoda Bay; then southeasterly along the median of Viekoda Bay to its intersection with the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge boundary at Naugolka Point; then southeasterly along the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point in Kizhuyak Bay due west of a small lake near Barabara Cove; then due east along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the lake; then easterly along its southern shoreline to the mouth of a creek on its eastern shore; then easterly along the thread of the creek to Kizhuyak Bay; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Kizhuyak Bay; then northeasterly along the median of Kizhuyak Bay to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Port Lions.
