6 AAC 136.605. Chiniak Precinct

A portion of the Kodiak Island Borough described as follows: Beginning at the head of Portage Bay; then northeasterly along the thread of a drainage creek at the head of the bay to Lake Miam; then northeasterly along the western shoreline of Lake Miam; then northeasterly along a series of creeks to the headwaters of Olds River; then northwesterly along the thread of Olds River to the head of Kalsin Bay; then northeasterly along the median of Kalsin Bay to its intersection with the median of Chiniak Bay; then easterly along the median of Chiniak Bay to its intersection with the Kodiak Island Borough boundary; then southwesterly along the Kodiak Island Borough boundary to its intersection with the median of Ugak Bay, including Ugak Island; then northwesterly along the median of Ugak Bay to its intersection with the median of Portage Bay; then northeasterly along the median of Portage Bay to the point of beginning, including the community of Chiniak.
