A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: Beginning at the mouth of McNeil Creek in Kachemak Bay; then northerly along the thread of McNeil Creek to its intersection with the eastern Anchor River feeder creek; then northerly along the Anchor River feeder creek to its headwaters; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Swift Creek; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Deep Creek tributary; then northerly along the thread of Deep Creek tributary to its intersection with Deep Creek; then northwesterly along the thread of Deep Creek to its intersection with Cytex Creek; then easterly along the thread of Cytex Creek to its intersection with the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary; then southerly along the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge boundary to its intersection with Kenai Fjords National Park boundary; then east and north along the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary to a non-visible point due east of Tustumena Glacier; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the western edge of Northwestern Glacier; then southerly along the western edge of Northwestern Glacier to Northwestern Fjord; then northerly along the shoreline of Northwestern Fjord to a non-visible point due north of Northwestern Lagoon; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Harris Bay; then southerly along the median of Harris Bay to the entrance of Harris Bay; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary in the Gulf of Alaska; then southwesterly and northerly along the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary to its intersection with Tlikakila River; then northeasterly along the thread of Tlikakila River to Summit Lake; then northeasterly along the southern shoreline of Summit Lake to its easternmost point; then east along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Lake Clark National Park and Wilderness boundary; then southerly and easterly along the Lake Clark National Park and Wilderness boundary to its intersection with Drift River; then easterly along the thread of Drift River to its mouth; then due east along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northwest corner of the City of Kenai boundary in Cook Inlet; then southerly along the City of Kenai Boundary to the eastern shore of Cook Inlet; then southerly along the eastern shore of Cook Inlet to the City of Homer boundary in Kachemak Bay; then southeasterly along the City of Homer boundary to its southernmost point; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending through Kachemak Bay to the mouth of McNeil Creek, the point of beginning.
