A portion of the Kenai Peninsula Borough described as follows: Beginning at the northernmost point of the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary on Resurrection River; then southerly along the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary to a non-visible point due east of Tustumena Glacier; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the western edge of Northwestern Glacier; then southerly along the western edge of Northwestern Glacier to the west shore of Northwestern Fjord; then north and southeasterly along the shoreline of Northwestern Fjord to a non-visible point due north of Northwestern Lagoon; then southeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median of Harris Bay; then southerly along the median of Harris Bay to the entrance of Harris Bay; then southerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary in the Gulf of Alaska; then northeasterly and north along the Kenai Peninsula Borough boundary to a non-visible point due west of Langdon Glacier; then due west along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the western side of Wolverine Glacier; then southeasterly along the western side of Wolverine Glacier to a non-visible point due east of Rocky Peak; then due west along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northeast end of Paradise Valley; then due south along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the ridgeline of Paradise Peak; then due west along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to a non-visible point due north of Mount Ascension; then due south along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Resurrection Peaks; then due west along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary on Resurrection River; then northerly along the Kenai Fjords National Park boundary to the point of beginning, excluding all that area within the boundaries of the City of Seward.
